  • Evening: 3 heaped tablespoons in 500 ml cold water
  • Soak overnight
  • Next morning: Bring to boil shortly + strain off
  • In case you forgot to soak over night:
  • Cook the herbs in the morning 5 minutes + strain off
  • Drink warm or cold in 6 servings during the day
  • Drink unsweetened approx. 1 hour before / after meals
  • Duration of the kidney-cure: 3 – 30 days
  • Repeat at least after 3 liver-cleanses
